Lunch to honour the recipients of the Legion d’Honneur [fr]
Recipients of the Legion d’Honneur award met on November 22 at the Consul General’s residence.
There are more than 40 persons in Ontario and Manitoba distinguished by France for their merits and their contribution to the France-Canada relationship : half of them are war veterans.
By receiving members of the Legion d’Honneur Association (Toronto Chapter) at the residence, the Consul General of France Marc Trouyet praised their outstanding contributions to the French nation and paid tribute to the remarkable work of the association.
